From Aqua Power, Body Shape, Cycling, Fitness to Zumba: In Premedion you can choose from up to 140 courses per week. We have indoor and outdoor courses using modern techniques and the power of nature. Premedion fitness concept focuses on treating special health diseases and concerns such as; obesity and overweight, diabetes and high blood pressure to name a few.


It’s a blend of exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance moves.


This is a new launch from Les Mills and is a licensed product. Very similar to Zumba, this is a moderate intensity dance workout for 45 minutes. It is designed to burn calories and help tone & shape.


Was the first Dance based offering from Les Mills & it is still going strong today. Les Mills describe it as “An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class.”

It focuses on the urban/street dance styles and attracts the younger members with an element of cool.


Of all the dance based programs Bokwa aims to be different. It is not really a dance workout – there is no choreography and no counting steps.

Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet, while moving together to music in free form rhythm.

If you can move and you can spell, you can do Bokwa. From 4 year old kids, to men and women in their seventies, to guys with “2 left feet”, to world champion dancers, Bokwa engages participants of all ages in the same class and to the same music.

This is a very interesting concept and has great potential for young children and families.

Kangoo Jump Fit

Originally designed for joggers , the Kangoo Jump boot reduces impact shocks to your ankles, knees, shins, hips, lower back, and spine, by up to 80%.

Kangoo Jumps shoes correct pronation and supination conditions originating from the lower leg, while they are being used.

Many people with these types of injuries struggle to exercise, KJ’s allow them to. And with a full range of classes available to utilise the KJ’s they are a fantastic tool for not only exercise but as a revenue generator for the facility.

Body Attack

One of the cores four this is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. The high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Body Pump

Boot Camps

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gym’s, personal trainers, and former military personnel.

These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time

Boot Camp training often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, push-ups / sit-ups, plyometric, and various types of intense explosive routines.

Sessions usually finish with yoga stretching.

Many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, similar to CrossFit routines, are used to loose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.

Kettlebell Class

A kettlebell class normally operates with smaller numbers 8-12 people.

Focusing on core strength, endurance, stability & flexibility and targeting the lower back, legs & shoulders whilst also improving grip.

These classes normally operate using HIIT training formats and last around 30 minutes.


Pilates training is a series of core strengthening exercises designed to encourage muscle balance around the joints, improve breathing, as well as ease of body movement. This 60-minute class will focus on optimal musculoskeletal performance; strength, flexibility and endurance. Mat class teaches the five basic principles of Pilates including pelvic, rib cage, head &neck placement using positions which target body pains.


Kripalu-style yoga comprises an infusion of Kundalini, Yin, Therapeutic and Vinyasa practices. Each class begins with a shortgrounding or centrering and gentle stretching, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and asana (posture practice). The classwill finish with savasana and a guided meditation. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
